Reducing pressure ulcers in care homes

Scottish Care is working to reduce pressure ulcers in care homes. This programme, with the support of the Care Inspectorate and Health Improvement Scotland  aims to ultimately eliminate pressure ulcers in care homes.
The four Health and Social Care Partnerships taking part in the programme are:

1. Argyll and Bute and Highland (joint)
2. Dumfries & Galloway
3. East Dunbartonshire
4. Perth and Kinross.

We aim to form a learning network to share the outcomes and learning from this programme and other improvement activity taking place in care homes.
